Group Exercise Class Descriptions 

YES! We have fitness classes for adults. With dozens of group exercise classes to choose from, you’re sure to find something that’s right for you. Space is limited. Advanced registration is REQUIRED through The Kinetic Dance Force Portal. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.

Basic Fitness

60-minute full body workout geared toward active older adults. Low impact class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Helps improve total body strength, balance, and cardiovascular health. This class can be done standing or seated. Chairs will be provided. 

HIIT

30-minute full body workout. Interval based class combines total body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, designed to tone your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness.  

Yoga

60-minute workout for all levels. This class follows the principles of Ashtanga Yoga. The focus of the class is the breath. You will move from one posture to the next while learning to connect your breath to your movement. This is a pace-yourself class and all levels are welcome.

K-Fit

60-minute small group training. This is a class created by a personal trainer to give you a full-body workout incorporating interval training and strength exercises. K-Fit is a cutting-edge fitness program that utilizes plyometrics, weights, endurance and circuit training all in one class to give you the best full body workout. This class is full of creative new challenges. With a personal trainer as your coach, there are plenty of modifications to either simplify or amp up the movements to maximize results. 

Boot Camp

30-minute FUN full body workout. This class is about improving your strength and stamina through a rugged workout. Class consists of sports drills, weights, jumping rope, boxing, circuits, interval training and more. 

Strength & Tone

45-minute full body workout for all fitness levels. This class is designed to enhance muscle definition, balance, strength and endurance. We will utilize resistance bands, light weights, body weight, and some cardio interval training while focusing on proper movement mechanics to give you a fun total body workout.

Barre & Sculpt

This 45-minute low-impact, combo class for all levels will give you the perfect mix of barre and sculpt, building both muscular endurance and strength. Our motivating playlists will push you to get lower and dig deeper in small movements that bring on the “shake” + large movements that increase your power. You’ll walk out of class feeling stronger, more toned, and accomplished.

Step

This class will utilize a step and high energy choreography to get your heart rate up and tone your butt and thighs. You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work your legs. You will leave this class feeling energized and strong.
