Kinetic Dance Force LLC ("Kinetic Dance Force," "KDF," "we") runs this website and our dance studio at 521 E State Rd 434, Unit 1017-1025, Winter Springs, FL 32708. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us

Forms: when you request a free trial class or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, your dancer's name and age, and your message.

Texts, calls and emails: when you text, call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you send.

Shop orders: when you buy from our online shop, we collect your name, email, and billing and shipping details. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Class registration: registration, accounts and billing run on The Studio Director. Information you enter there is handled under The Studio Director's privacy policy as well as this one.
Information collected automatically
Our website runs on Wix. Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the site and to give us basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed and device type. The map on our site is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio and website, such as Wix (website, forms and shop), The Studio Director (registration and billing), payment providers and shipping carriers, and when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Children
Our classes are for dancers ages 2 to 18, but our website, forms and text line are for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or service is completely secure.
