About Kinetic Dance Force

At Kinetic Dance Force in Winter Springs, Florida, every dancer feels welcome the moment they walk through our doors! We offer a wide variety of classes in a positive, family‑oriented environment, serving everyone from tiny tots to young adults, beginners to advanced performers.

For dancers looking to take it further, our award‑winning competitive company trains and competes throughout the season, while our recreational program celebrates students who simply love learning new styles and skills.

We’re also proud to offer our unique Endurance, Strength & Injury Prevention (ESI) class for all ages.

If you’re looking for a studio that builds growth, confidence, and community through dance and movement, KDF is the place for you. We’d love to be your dance home!

Press and Recognition

In June 2026, the KDF Company routine “Rosie the Riveter” won StarQuest’s Viral Video award for its competition weekend and advanced to the national Viral Video of the Year finals, competing against every weekly winner of the season. The story was covered by FOX 13 and the Sanford Herald. Our dancers did not take the national title, but the community that rallied behind them is one of the things we are proudest of.
