About Ms. Rebecca
Rebecca began her dance training at the age of three in Orlando, Florida, quickly falling in love with ballet and diligently training for over 15 years. Her training took her to Orlando, Ocala, and New York, where she performed in many ballets, including "The Nutcracker," "Le Corsaire," "La Bayadere," "The Stone Flower," "Swan Lake," and "Peter and the Wolf." At 11, Rebecca began training to become a dance teacher and had her own class several years later.
Rebecca's passion for teaching grew into a passion for choreography. She began choreographing for high schools and local civic theaters, working on shows such as "High School Musical," "Cats," "Godspell," "Peter Pan," "Guys and Dolls," and "My Favorite Year." After graduation, Rebecca pursued a full-time career as a dance teacher and choreographer. She joined Studio 5D in Winter Springs, Florida, in 2007, working with Gaymarie Tomlinson and quickly earning the title of Assistant Artistic Director.

Rebecca has won numerous regional and national choreography awards and first overall awards. In 2021, as Artistic Director of Alternative Dance Center, one of her routines won a national first overall award. In 2025, she was awarded Top Choreographer for her piece “Cosmic Love.” With almost 20 years in the competitive dance field, Rebecca has trained many award-winning and professional dancers.
