Meet The Mini Force: KDF Company for Ages 3-6

The Mini Force is the introduction to KDF Company for dancers ages 3-6 at Kinetic Dance Force in Winter Springs. It started with the 2026-27 season and asks for 3-4 hours per week, a lighter commitment than the full Company. Auditions for the 2027-28 season are in June and August 2027.

What is the time commitment?

The Mini Force requires 3-4 hours per week. Dancers take three class hours Monday to Friday that include ballet, jazz, and rehearsal. Additionally, there is one hour of rehearsal one Saturday per month. That is lighter than the full KDF Company, which asks for multiple classes per week plus Saturday rehearsals. The schedule lets young dancers balance dance with preschool, kindergarten, and family time while still experiencing the excitement of Company training.

What do Mini Force dancers perform?

Mini Force dancers perform at competitions during the season, building stage experience, confidence and teamwork.

How do auditions work?

Auditions for the 2027-28 season are in June and August 2027. Teachers look at technique, attitude, and commitment to training. Dancers should come audition-ready in form-fitting dancewear and appropriate dance shoes, with hair secured neatly away from the face. Audition results are shared within one week.

Is The Mini Force a good fit for my little dancer?

The Mini Force is ideal for dancers who love being on stage, respond well to a structured class environment, and are excited by the idea of performing. If your 3-6-year-old dances around the house, asks to try new moves, and wants to show off their skills, The Mini Force builds on that natural joy. The program balances fun and training, celebrating both growth and the thrill of performing. The Mini Force gives young dancers a first look at KDF Company training.
